All signs will receive the standard brokerage info shown in the product image, unless requested in writing at the time of purchase.

Headshots and Production time

If requesting a picture on your sign, please send print ready pictures in an email to [email protected] after your order. Orders requesting pictures are placed on hold until pictures have been received via email. Proofs will be provided and approval required before production starts.

Pictures requiring editing will be charged an additional fee.

Standard production is 3 business days. Rush options are available for standard designs ONLY (No picture or customization).

Materials and Specifications

Holes are spaced at 19" on top and 14" on bottom of the sign.

The standard print material is white powder coated aluminum. This is durable and weather resistant. The other option is Reflective which is laminated printed vinyl. It is slightly more grey and reflects light in low light situations. 

The standard sign material is Aluminum, however you can choose "ACM", which is Aluminum Composite Material. 2 Pieces of Aluminum with Plastic in the middle. It makes for a more rigid sign. This is the material used to make Highway Signage.

These templates have been reviewed and approved by KW Manassas and meet advertising requirements in MD, VA, and DC. The phone number at the bottom is the broker's number as required in all states for THAT office only.
